Evy (rhymes with ‘Chevy’) is an executive coach and consultant to successful leaders who want to take performance to the next level.  She combines deep corporate experience, a zest for life’s gifts and formal training to help her clients get clear, get going and get more of what they want.

With over 25 years of Organization Development and HR leadership experience, Evy has worked in Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Defense, Technology, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Organizations she has served include GlaxoSmithKline, Cleveland Clinic, Johnson and Johnson, BayerHealthCare, LunaMetrics, FISA Foundation, CASA, Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University, The Healthcare Business Women’s Association and Raytheon.  

Known for working with teams to increase performance, Evy holds certifications as a Serving Leader® Strategic Advisor, Thinking Environment® Facilitator and Team Advantage® Coach.  She is certified in Lominger Career Architect®, Leadership Architect® and Voices 360® and is a Serving Leader® Strategic Advisor.  

Evy is President of the Board of the International Coach Federation, Pittsburgh Chapter, Board Member at Amachi Pittsburgh and PowerLink and a member of the Thinking Environment® Global Collegiate.  Evy earned her BA in Psychology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She completed the University of Michigan Strategic Human Resources Program and graduated from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and was awarded a Lifetime Designation of Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, Evy is a wife, mother, community volunteer and avid bunko player.
