Welcome! A blog for leaders of all titles
This blog is to help you as a leader to create more of what you want at work and home.
My definition of leader is a thoughtful person who wants to create something good in the world. (We have all seen managers who are not so hot as leaders. And if we are paying attention, we have seen leaders who have no particular management title.)
My clients are visionary leaders who deal with everyday challenges of all sizes. I help them by listening, asking them questions and often designing specific tools or workshops that they use.
I will be writing about some of the challenges that they experience in a way that will help you and will maintain their confidentiality. If you have any ideas for a post, let me know!
